Dr. Perminder Vaid, MD
Dr. Perminder Vaid’s medical career began at the age of 18 at Dayanand Medical College in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. After moving to the United States, he completed his pediatric residency training at Marshall University in West Virginia. He is proud to be board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and he has been serving the Arizona community for 24 years. What he loves most about being a pediatrician is the joy of working with children, learning their unique stories, and watching them grow and succeed. He speaks Hindi, Punjabi, some Spanish, and English, allowing him to connect with a diverse group of families. He encourages his young patients to stay active in sports, excel in academics, join clubs, and explore their hobbies. His goal is to help them channel their energy positively and succeed in all aspects of life.

Debby Nguyen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

I have been in nursing since 2005, with experiences in skilled nursing, orthopedics, and cardiology. I earned a Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain College in 2018 and gained certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in pediatrics since 2019, She speaks English, Vietnamese and some Spanish allowing her to connect with a diverse group of families. it has been my privilege to watch my young patients grow up healthy. In my personal life, I am a Soccer Mom (Brady, 15) Dance Mom (Catelyn, 11 and Lucy, 9), and a Dog Mom to Dodger (4 mo). I enjoy all sports, especially football and baseball.
Alea Cox, MSN, PNP-C
Alea is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Master of Science in Nursing Pediatric Primary Care. She has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2023 and is excited to join Clinica Hispana and continue her passion of caring for children and their families. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent 14 years as a registered nurse caring for newborns and their families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Alea and her husband have two sons, two dogs and enjoy running, hiking and camping.
